      The McKenzie Lake Residents Association

      The Beach Club Hall is located on the upper level of the main building and is available exclusively for members to rent.  The hall is suitable for many different occasions, engagement parties, weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, and Christmas functions to name a few.

      The Beach Club Hall Features
      • 80 person capacity
      • Approximately 1200 square feet of wide open space (2,165 square feet in total – includes washrooms, kitchen and storage room) 
      • 80 chairs
      • 10 round tables (60″ in diameter, seats 8)
      • 8 Rectangle tables (72″ x 30″)
      • Hard wood flooring
      • Kitchen with granite counter tops, two tier bar, ice machine, warming ovens and tile floor
      • Large windows creating exceptional views of the lake 
      • Bluetooth audio system with in ceiling speakers, MP3 auxiliary hook up and a 47” TV
      • Gas fireplace 
      • Composite wood flooring exterior deck with glass railing
      • $30.00/rental for use of the 36″ built in BBQ located on the deck (Seasonal availability)
      • Decorated Christmas tree setup in the hall beginning late November

      Multiple bookings can occur on one date, however, there must be a 2 hour gap in-between a rental end time and the following rentals start time.
      Calendar availability is subject to change, for the most up to date availability contact the office.
      *Weekday evenings, Monday through Thursday, are generally unavailable due to programming.
